Yesterday at the session of RT State Council by overwhelming majority of voters the draft Treaty on differentiation of subjects of managements and powers between bodies of the government of the Russian Federation and bodies of the government of Republic Tatarstan has been approved. Before the deputies of republican parliament on this issue of the agenda spoke President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev.

On October 31, RT President Mintimer Shaimiev is visiting two biggest cities of South-East of Republic – Almetievsk and Bugulma.

October 27, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbaev welcomed the Head of Tatarstan in his metropolitan residence “Ak Orda”, where here awarded Mintimer Shaimiev the State Prize of Peace and Progress of the First President of Kazakhstan. N.Nazarbaev thanked RT President for contribution to friendly relationships between brotherly people of Kazakhstan and Tatarstan, to development of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russian Federation, preserving peace and stability in multiethnic Republic of Tatarstan. “You are known, respected and valued in Kazakhstan. Relations between our republics reflect our relations with Russian Federation”, - said N.Nazarbaev.

October 26, President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev left for Kazakhstan with a short visit. It is planned to have a meeting with President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbaev and Kazakhstan Parliament Deputies.

October 25, RT President Mintimer Shaimiev signed the law of the Republic of Tatarstan, which amends the law of the RT “On state civil service of RT” correspondingly to annexes in federal legislation, RT President’s press-centre reports.

October 24, RT President Mintimer Shaimiev participated in the first session of the representative body of the newly formed municipality – the city of Kazan, which was staged at Kazan city Hall.

October 21 RT President Mintimer Shaimiev held a session on architectural appearance improvement of Kazan.

President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev held working meeting with participation of city and region administration chiefs, heads of the ministries and departments of the republic, territorial bodies of the Russian Federation on RT, ranking officers of the President administration , the Cabinet and RT State Council.

Reforms within the framework of national projects in sphere of public health services solve radical questions, such an opinion was stated by President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev while making comments on the second part of session of Council under Plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal district. In the agenda of the session the report by the RF Minister of Health Mikhail Zurabov "On realization of priority national projects in sphere of public health services" appeared to be the second issue.

October 18, President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev takes part in the Council of RF President’s Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga area Federal District, which started in the capital of Udmurtia – Izhevsk. The session will be held under RF President’s Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga area Federal District Sergey Kirienko chairmanship.
Opening the session S.Kirienko noted that, today, two principal questions are on the agenda: “About the order of implementation of the Federal law No.131-FZ from October 6, 2003 “About the general principles of self-government organisation in the Russian Federation” in the subjects within the VFD” and “About implementation of national priority projects in the field of health care”.
