On June 28, under presidency of the first vice-premier of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev and with participation of RT President Mintimer Shaimiev in village Alekseevskoe of the same region of Tatarstan the meeting on issues of implementing the priority national project "Development of agrarian and industrial complex" in Tatarstan took place.

An airliner with the RF first vice-PM Dmitry Medvedev and RF minister of agriculture Alexey Gordeyev landed in Kazan airport on June 27 at night. RT President Minitimer Shaimiev, Tatarstan PM Rustam Minnikhanov, the Chairman of RT State Council Farid Mukhametshin and Kazan city mayor Ilsur Metshin met the guests in the airport.

On June 27, President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev received at the Kazan Kremlin the delegation of the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) headed by the Chairman Michael Cromarty.

On June 23th President of Republic Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev,  RT Prime minister  Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of transport of the Russian Federation Igor Levitin  took  part in a joint  session of board of the Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation and the Government of Republic Tatarstan titled  «On  regional  tasks of  implementing  Transport strategy of the Russian Federation for the period to   2020».

Production of a 3-billion ton of oil is expected in August 2007 in Tatarstan. The President of RT Mintimer Shaimev signed an appropriate decree, where brave labor of oil industry workers is mentioned.

Tatarstan President Mintimer Shaimiev signed laws of Tatarstan "On introducing amendments into Budget Code of RT" and "On introducing amendments into "The Law on environmental protection in Tatarstan".

On June 22, First President of Russia Boris Yeltsin laid flowers to the eternal flame in Kazan Victory Park.

On June 22, the first President of Russia Boris Yeltsin with a spouse arrived in Tatarstan on board of airliner which landed at the international airport "Kazan". The former head of the Russian state was met by the President of Republic Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev.

President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev met delegation of RF State Duma and RF Public Chamber, headed by chairman of Committee of RF State Duma on health protection Tatyana Yakovleva. The issues of the medical aid organization in city and village, and also aspects of realization of the priority national project "Health" in Tatarstan were discussed during the meeting.
